We're a Philadelphia-based crew. We work across the five-county metro — Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, and Delaware. Every neighborhood is different, and the right modification depends on the house you're standing in.
Philadelphia
Victorian twins, stone single homes, and steep front stoops. We've done plenty of second-floor bathroom conversions and stair lifts on the original narrow staircases.
Philadelphia
Larger stone homes on bigger lots. First-floor powder rooms are often the easiest spot to add a full accessible bathroom without touching the main upstairs space.
Philadelphia
Tight row homes, narrow interior stairs, and a lot of porch steps. Most of our calls here are about getting safely in the front door and out of the bathtub.
Montgomery County
Mostly post-war ranches and split-levels. Single-floor living is already there — what's missing is usually a curbless shower and a wider bedroom doorway.
Bucks County
Mix of historic colonials and newer construction. Higher home values mean modifications often need to look like a designer update, not a retrofit.
Chester County
Walkable borough with older row homes and larger suburban builds. We work in both — different problems, same calm crew.
We work across the whole region. If you're inside the I-476 / Route 1 loop, we're probably close.
